SlideMentor does not collect, store, or share any personal user data.
SlideMentor accesses your Brightspace session cookies solely to fetch lecture PDFs on your behalf. These cookies are never stored or transmitted to any third party.
PDF text is sent to our backend API (hosted on HuggingFace Spaces) for AI processing. It is not stored permanently and is discarded after the response is generated.
AI explanations are generated using the Groq API. Only the slide text content is sent — no personal information.
